ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOC ORGANIC
A biodynamic wine that expresses the excellence of Montalcino. After 12 months in 25 hl Allier oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle for refinement, this intense ruby ​​red releases a fresh and fruity aroma, with a dry, warm, tannic and harmonious character. Ideal with pasta with meat sauce, poultry, mushrooms or truffles, risottos and pork or veal dishes with sauces, it is the result of meticulous hand-rearing of the vineyards, cared for according to the best agricultural practices.
