EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, MONTALCINO

A concentrate of Tuscan excellence produced within the historic confines of Montalcino. The result of a skilful blend of the best olives of the Correggiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Frantoio varieties, it is obtained by cold pressing and drop extraction in an organic plant at a controlled temperature. The result is a smooth and velvety oil, with an evocative yellow-green color, with an intense, fruity and floral aroma. On the palate it stands out for a complex, rounded, well-balanced and harmonious taste, enriched by delicate notes of green leaves, walnuts, bitterness and spiciness. Sold in 250, 500 and 750 ml bottles, each sealed and certified to guarantee the authenticity of the product, this oil is the perfect ally for enhancing traditional Italian dishes, from soffritto to fish and vegetable dishes, offering excellent performance even when fried.
